Power suits seem may like a strictly cold-weather affair to you but I am here to tell you otherwise! Most people drew this conclusion because Mostly because they are comprised of a long-sleeve jacket and a long pair of pants crafted from hefty and structured fabric.
This year, trendsetters and retailers alike are making something called ‘spring/summer’ power suits happen. This leaves the rest of us with warm-weather-friendly power suit options to shop, enjoy and wear all season long.
Over the years, women’s suits have gone from old fashioned dress code requirements to making statements. We have observed that most ladies bend towards the matching set commonly known as two piece.
Power suits have been traditionally thick, sturdy and structured. It is simply not the finest attire worn during summer. We were surprised that designers pulled out a something for a warm weather from the hefty style during the Spring/Summer 2019 New York Fashion Week.
If these suits are going to deliver on their promise to be one of this year’s favorite warm-weather trends, they would need a makeover twice over—once in terms of fabric, and the other, in terms of aesthetic.
Now that we are here, these suits have somehow invaded our lives through social media. They are everything you will want for a summer look and trust us not to carry last on this! All that is left to do is a little shopping!
