1. Squats: This is a compound exercises that work on the glutes and the core. To do squats, open your feet a bit wider than your shoulder-width, lower yourself until your thighs are just below parallel to the floor, and stand back up with your weight in your heels.
2. Kegels: This is also known as pelvic floor exercise. It consists of repeated contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor.
3. Vaginal Weight Lifting: This is a passive contraction. Weights can be paired with active contractions or other exercises at the same time. This should be done with a doctor’s supervision.
