I noticed I started becoming thick in the middle of the year and to an extent I was happy. My thickness was occurring in the right places. Everyone noticed and I was happy to flaunt it until I realized my waist was 31. Then, I knew I had to do exercises to get a smaller waist!
To be very honest, at some point, I gave up on having a flat stomach. I tried to do so many things but all my plans fell flat on my face. I then made up my mind to stop eating late and taking carbonated drinks. That decision made my stomach perfect in like 2 weeks and I was proud of myself.
I don’t know if you know that feeling when you have pictured yourself in a dress and boom, the dress is undersize. Trust me, it is not a good feeling. So I have decided that even though I love the areas my thickness is occurring, I would be doing some exercises to get a smaller waist.
