I started cooking when I was 10 years old. I could prepare a lot of dishes but fried rice. Whenever I tried it, it always had a comma. It is either the rice is still hard or it is not green or something just goes wrong. Because of this, I stopped preparing fried rice.
Today, I have challenged myself to learn how to prepare Nigerian fried rice. I want to believe that I am not the only one who has issues whenever it comes to preparing fried rice.
