Kamdora Kitchen: A Healthy Diet Plan For Vegetarians

To be a vegetarian is not an easy decision to make . Every accomplishment starts with a decision to try. Being a vegetarian is not always easy and accessible, but it’s a way of life and it makes me as a person feel really good and physically look better.

It doesn’t make you any better than anyone else, but it might make you better than you used to be. The view on being a vegetarian is not an end in itself, but a means towards reducing both human and animal suffering and leaving a habitable planet to the future generations. As the common quote says “The Will To Succeed Means Nothing Without The Will To Prepare”.

Being a vegetarian is a really big commitment . You have to do what you feel is best and what you believe in, and what your body is telling you it needs. I  personally think everyone should do what’s best for them. What is best for me may not be the best for someone else. I won’t say that people who are vegetarians are full of compassion and people who are not vegetarians are not.

However, the message is simple, your mind is important to your health. You can be whoever you want to.
