I never thought I’d try this pant trend to be honest but I checked a lot of style inspiration and saw that it can be flattering to slim girls like me too. When SGTC Clothing sent me this pair, it was a ‘’HERE or THERE’’ mind thing till I tried it on. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that I absolutely love palazzo pants, the only difference is that this is more structured.
Where are my manners? Hi guys, guess who’s back!!!! I know it’s been a long while (my editor is probably giving me the side eye) and I’m sorry for going MIA. Life keeps happening but hey, at least I’m back and the plan is to keep dropping that content you love.
Kept this outfit really simple with a white off-shoulder blouse and green crossbody bag from my Thrift Store. I particularly picked this hair because it complemented the whole African vibe and grungy background. I realized that most of us bloggers tend to stick to the clean streets, aesthetic restaurants and locations during shoots. I like to believe there is beauty everywhere and my photographer insisted that this particular location would look good with outfit. I’m glad I listened to him.
The bootcut pant style is one that can be pulled off in many ways. It is a trend that our parents (both mothers & fathers) rocked and as the usual way that fashion is being recycled these days, it looks like it has come to stay. This particular pair ended up being one of my favorite pieces from the pieces I got from SGTC Clothing. I plan to go a lot more casual next time, maybe with a bralette and headwrap in another Ankara print. This pair is particularly very long so as much as I’d like to wear my sneakers with it, it would not look too good. If yours isn’t this long, then a pair of white sneakers would also be perfect.
