Chit-Chat With Tife: A Thousand Reasons To Be Hopeful

Like every normal Christian, I went to church yesterday. I was tired but I still had to force myself because I have this principle of starting my week with God. Most times I ask him to give me a particular word that I can hold on to whenever I feel down. I believe it is our own way of communicating and Him reassuring me that He is bigger than my situation.

I got to church at the tail end of the first service and so my inner spirit told me to wait for the second service. Who am I not to obey? Besides I couldn’t catch anything during the first service.

Most people usually think that the word for the week always comes during the word but mine came during the choir ministration. When the girl started singing, I just listened to the lyrics and there and then I knew it was my word for the week.

I don’t know what exactly you are going through but I’m sure that this song will give you a thousand reasons to reassure you that God is bigger than your situation.
