I’m all for glow up thing! In short one of my new year resolution is to take care of my face, skin and well being. Fruits play an important role in making your body look great, soft and glowing.
We seem to forget the functions of vitamins such as: “maintain healthy teeth, bones, soft tissue, mucous membranes, and skin. They shouldn’t be ignored! Vegetables and lots of water will perform wonders this harmattan.
Juicy fruits such as oranges, cucumbers, tangerines, watermelons and pomegranates contain water and help revitalise the body and keep the dryness out. Vitamins in fruits and vegetables help the skin glow, refreshes the body and water cleanse the body too.
I look out for green juices made from fruits such as green grapes, celery, cucumbers etc. Eat healthy vegetables such as green pepper, carrots, and freshly cooked vegetables to cleanse the body and retain moisture.
One way I get all the fruits in one bowl is making a fruit salad! Yes, I get all the juicy fruits, dice it up nicely and make a dish out of it! Be sure of fresh skin if this is your new skin routine for this season! A fruit salad a day, keeps dryness away!
