Kim Kardashian is never one to shy away from sexual positivity and the female body empowerment – in fact, she stands as a symbol of that.
From the days of her sex tape – a situation which might have ruined plenty others but turned around in a such a bold way, creating a fortress for the Kardashian clan, to the varying degrees of sexual provocative images ranging from selfies to magazine shoots and solemn declarations via captions and tweets, Kim is one woman who definitely owns her sexuality.
It is therefore not surprising that when it came to creating a Spotify playlist ahead of the launch of her KKW fragrance, the reality superpower, picked songs that highlighted the female sexual desires, femininity, wants and power.
The playlist was a perfect blend of classics and modern and of course started with Kanye West’s Fade – a song that featured Teyana Taylor, the new school model of sexuality and body goals.
Other songs that serve up this narrative include Jennifer Lopez’s “Waiting for Tonight” or Beyoncé’s “Baby Boy,” Ciara’s “Ride” and Cardi B’s verse on Migos’ “MotorSport,” Britany Spears’s Gimme More, M.I.A’s Bad Gals and many others.
