Kamdora Kitchen – Yogurt Parfait Kind Of Weekend!

The weekend is here and what better way to spend it than discovering new ways to kill yourself with enjoyment! This weekend try out this healthy breakfast yogurt parfait complete fruits, and oats!

Culled from Chef Kanan’s Kitchen, it is healthy, delicious and very easy to make!

Ingredients

2 cups thick yogurt / Greek style yogurt
3 – 4 tbsp honey
1 cup oats
1/2 cup plain cornflakes
2 tbsp shredded coconut
3 tbsp raisins (golden and black)
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
2 tbsp chocochips
1 tbsp melon seeds
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 banana chopped
4 – 6 strawberries chopped
1 kiwi chopped
1 apple chopped
