Do you have a problem skin such as hyperpigmentation, eczema, acne, wrinkle, etc? Why not visit a professional such as an aesthetician, dermatologist or spa professional for consultation and solution i.e. deep cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, and facial massage in order to achieve wedding day flawless skin. For brown teeth, see the dentist for teeth whitening.
Why not consider At-home skin care routines such as cleansing, exfoliating, toning and moisturizing regularly. You will need cleansers, serums, deep conditioners, creams/lotions – day and night. It’s not just for your skin, but your face and hair should also not be neglected. You can either consider home made stuff such as daily honey baths whereby you rub honey on your skin and leave for 15 minutes prior to taking your bath. This will leave your skin feeling soft and getting rid of dry dead skin cells. You can also use a homemade teeth whitening kit.
Hydrating is key. Keep hydrated by drinking lots of water (2 – 3 litres daily) and also use products with hyaluronic acid which holds 1,000 times its weight in water.
The saying “You are what you eat” is very true. You need to eat nutritional foods that are balanced diet especially superfoods such as spinach, blueberries, almond nut, unsweetened yoghurt and others. Also, eat clean healthy foods such as smoothies and salads.
Exercise is your friend. If you don’t like the gym, find other ways to exercise such as lifting weights, jogging, skipping, dancing and aerobics. Ensure you are consistent with it. Why not try 4 days a week of exercise routine, one day on – one day off routine.
