Elizabeth Rock went from being obese and unable to climb up a flight of stairs without breaking down, to running in a marathon! How about that.
She mentions that weight management is a constant thing and that just because she isn’t obese anymore doesn’t mean that she doesn’t constantly struggle everyday with the working out/eating healthy life. Some days she say will be harder than others, but the most important thing to remember is where you started and how far you’ve come.
You think because you haven’t lost any weight yet, you should stop? The answer is no. Consistency will get you every where. If you haven’t lost weight yet, keep it up, you will soon.
