Apologies again Kamdora Tribe for the arrival of the recap. It’s been a very busy week at Kamdora HQ.
It’s the unfortunate intelligent woman like Angela that has not figured there’s a rat in Lobos’ task force. Corrupt law enforcer Michael San Val (Mike) aka Lobos b*t*h is still on a mission to jeopardise the case. Since the emergence of ex-drug dealer Ruiz, Mike is keen for him not to testify against his boss. However, Knox (Grant) is pushing for the testimony. He even went to the extent of blackmailing Ruiz that he knows one his secrets and he needs to not now only give up Lobos, but the entire drug cartel which includes Ghost and Tommy.
The secret was that Ruiz killed one of his employees, who was a paedophile in a relationship with Ruiz’s 14-year-old daughter. Thanks to Angela’s smartness and protecting her boyfriend James (Ghost) she was able to educate Ruiz that he cannot be prosecuted for that crime, as the employee was a paedophile. The case cannot stand in a court of law. You should see the disappointment on Knox’s face when Ruiz laid this new theory on the table.
Holly finally meets her mother-in-law Tommy’s mum Ms Egan, called Kate by Tasha. It is clearly obvious Ms Egan dislikes her newly acquainted daughter-in-law. On her departure, she whispers to her son’s ears he needs to dump Holly. What did she see for her to warrant this? Is it because of their personality clashes? Holly is also still yet to tell her boyfriend she’s pregnant. I reckon if she had done, Tommy would have told his mum and her reaction towards Holly would have been different. Just my opinion.
Tariq is still having a hard time with his parents’ separation, to the extent of him bad mouthing his dad to his mum. However, Tasha being her, reassured him that she and James relationship should not affect his relationship with his dad. Unfortunately for Ghost, he overheard the conversation. He decided to regain his son’s trust, so he took him to the club for the day. He was put in the care of Dre to show him the ropes of the club, he might one day inherit the empire, so it’s best he starts understanding its operations.
While Ghost and Tariq are driving home after his internship for the day, he was attacked by the Jamaicans. However, James’ bodyguard was nearby to save him from the attack. He was so shaken up but was relieved Tariq had his headphones off in the car and couldn’t hear anything.
Holly finally tells Tommy she ordered a hit on Ghost. He was so pissed off, he lost it. He actually strangled her to death. He then got a visit from Ghost, he didn’t realise the Jamaicans didn’t succeed. He has now killed off his soulmate, how will he cope without her in his life? On a good note, Tommy and Ghost finally come together to kill Lobos for good.
Dre got a surprise visit from Kanan who feel betrayed by him for choosing Kanan over him. He threatened to kill his daughter if he doesn’t come back to work with him. It’s unfortunate really that Dre is having to work with a monster again just to keep it family alive, just when he started getting used to living a clean life as a family man.
