Happy Easter to you and yours. Today we are keeping things very simple, and in the spirit of Easter, you can decide to take out the Smoked Chicken and replace with fish or whatever catches your Fancy.
This weekends recipe is Spicy Oilless Okra with Smoked Chicken and Shrimps. It should serve well for our team Fit Fam too.
- Okra, chopped
- Habanero pepper, chopped
- Smoked chicken, shredded
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Bouillon cubes
- Salt,as needed
- In a pot put some water and bring to a boil. Add Okra and let cook for 3 minutes
- Add habanero pepper and boiling cubes and let cook for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and let cook for 2 minutes.
- Add In smoked Chicken and let it all cook for 3 minutes. Serve with carb of choice or eat by itself.
