Sex tops the list of fastest and most pleasant ways to burn calories. No need to explain why sex is pleasant. 30 minutes of sex burns 85 calories. Now, here is a question. What would you prefer: to work out for 30 minutes or to have sex? The answer is obvious. Besides, you can make your sex a more effective calorie burning tool by adding more fun and more exercising to it. Plus, sex boosts your immune system and your metabolism. Basically, we can eat as much as we like, as long as we burn all the calories we consume. Moving is life. It is what helps us to burn all the calories, it is why we eat– to be able to move. If you develop an active lifestyle, you start enjoying it and you do not need any additional workouts to help you burn the calories. You simply do not store them for later.
