Chef Renee’s Weekned Recipe: Strawberry, Bluberry, Kiwi, and Pistachio Smoothie
I know it’s been a minute since I last posted on here,
It’s wellness month here at Kamdora, and it has been intense, so to ease us back into the flow of things, I have a very chill, quick and easy recipe for you.
So while you exercise to put a spring to your step, or give you an extra boost of energy after your exercise, or if you just generally need a cool drink to calm you down on the kind of hot sunny days we get in this part of the world then this is the perfect go-to.
So here you have it: my Strawberry, Blueberry, Kiwi, Pistachio Smoothie.
4. Pistachios: crumbled
1. Blend each fruit individually to achieve the layers like I did.
2. If you are not as patient with these things, blend it all together, and finish with the Pistachio crumbs.
3. Don’t forget to cut little chunks of the fruits to put in the skewers.
