My name is Nicole and I am a nude lipstick addict. Yes I’m a complete chicken when it comes to makeup, but to be honest I love nude lipstick because it is super versatile. You can rock a nude lip to work, for dinner with Bae, to a wedding and it will always be an appropriate look. And I like that the RIGHT nude makes your lips look like Yours, But Better.
There are so many shades of nude so everyone will be able to find the perfect fit for them. These however are my favourite lipsticks for an I Woke Up Like This look #flawless
1. L’Oreal Colour Riche in ‘Toasted Almond’
Very creamy and goes on easily. Decent staying power.
2. Lancome L’Absolu Rouge in ‘Creme de Marron’
This has been a fave of mine for 2 years or so
The L’Absolu Rouge range of lipsticks is exceptional. Amazing staying power, and it leaves the lips soft and moisturised. The Creme de Marron shade is absolutely gorgeous as well and would suit a variety of skin tones.
3. Mac ‘Creme in Your Coffee’
A must have for any makeup enthusiast, and one of the most popular nudes on the planet.
4. Mac ‘Spice’ Lipliner
Not a lipstick obviously, but I am obsessed with the colour. I’ve literally used this lipliner everyday for the last 3 months. I use it on its own all over my lips for that nude matte lip look made oh so popular by Ms Kylie Jenner. LOVE this.
5. Bobbi Brown Lip Colour in ‘Brown’
Don’t be deceived by the name, it is brown but it has a beautiful pink undertone that gives you a great ‘Barely There’ look.
