Hows your week going mine is going super thanks for asking, today I’m going to try and convince you why you should love oats

ATTENTION FIT FAM LADIES!!!! or anyone who wants to lose weight/ want to maintain their weight you should fall in love with oats, like seriously if you can marry it marry it..*lol*

OK I’m done messing around but  wasn’t entirely joking I know people say they don’t like the way oats taste or the appearance but all you need to do is add a little something something to make it taste a lot better.

    I love oats and I love to take dem without anything. Not even sugar. There is this natural taste it has and I think sugar nd milk takes it away.it wasn’t easy wen I started taking it without milk but right now I can’t even take it with milk. There is no day dat I don’t take it, it’s very delicious nd it helped me shed my baby weight in a way dat amazed everyone around me. I didn’t even ve to exercise.The secret about oat dat every nursing mother should know is dat it helps d production of breastmilk. U don’t ve to eat all dose food dat make u fat in order to boast the production of ur breast milk. Just take oat without milk nd u will realise dat non of dose foods work d way it does.
