Tip of the Day # 23: Weight Measuring Scale
How have y’all been? Hope your Sallah break and weekend was refreshing.
For those that are trying to lose weight please don’t use your total body weight to judge.
Remember your body fat is what you’re trying to lose.
Muscle is much denser than fat, so even when your total body weight is still the same, you could still be getting slimmer.
If you’re following an organized fitness program, you’re going to be building up muscles at the same time losing body fat.
Focus on your body shape and fat percentage not on the figures on the scale.
