Detox waters have become very popular and there are many different recipes that you can try. They are all very
easy to make, require very few ingredients and the best part is you can mix and match ingredients to your personal taste. Adding the detox water into your daily routine is one way to get yourself to drink more water.
Water is a powerful detox. It rids the body of harmful toxins and keeps us from getting dehydrated. Are you getting enough water? If the answer is, ”I don’t know”, ”I’m not sure” or an outright ”no”. Then this is another way to get your self to drink more
- Get yourself a really beautiful water bottle
- Detox water. Add citrus and other fruit to your water. It’s sweet, a delicious and more healthy substitute to soda – what you need to cure your soda addiction.

What you will need
2 handful grapes
Cut them all up. Put them in your water bottle and leave in the fridge for at least two hours. I leave mine overnight.
