Thank God its Friday! The week is over and we know what that means.…turn up!!.  But ladies remember that if you drink a little too much, then you are sure to have a hangover.

Hangovers are the absolute worse. They are very unpleasant  and can last for up to 24hrs. The most common symptoms include headaches, drowsiness, concentration problems, dry mouth, dehydration, dizziness, fatigue, gastrointestinal distress, sweating, nausea, hyper-excitability, and anxiety. 

Hangover: Natural Remedies & Exercises To Help Deal With It

1. Exercises: Studies have shown that the best remedy for dealing with a hangover is by exercising. Here are some exercises you should try out to help deal with your hangover and get ready fro that wedding.

a. Stretching: Stretching your muscles tight will help you restore balance, reduces pressure and keeps the spine in a healthy alignment. It also increase bone mineral density and makes your joints strong and healthy.

b. Swimming: Swimming for about 40 mins helps build your bone mass but most of all it helps you overcome your hangover. 

c. Dancing: This has to be the easiest way. Resist the urge to lay in bed all day just because you hungover. Stand up, put on that song that just gets you in the dance-hall mood and shake that hangover off.

P.s remember not to run if you drank too much alcohol the night before.

2. Natural remedies:

a. Coconut water: Coconut water is packed with minerals that aid hydration. It contains carbs hat help replenish your energy without causing collateral damages.

b. Ginger: Drink or chew on some ginger to help eliminate nausea and hangovers. 

c. Tomato juice: Helps increase alcohol digestion by increasing liver function. Blend fresh tomatoes and drink.

d. Lemon juice: Squeeze as much as desired into a glass and add some warm water. This helps increase liver function and detoxify the body.

e. Food: If you are having a hangover eat whatever you are craving. Food helps break down the alcohol in your system.
