  1. Use honey: Honey is a good moisturizing agent and a good humectant. This is especially good for people that have cracked feet caused by dryness. Honey can be used in one of two ways;
  • Honey soak; mix a cup of honey in a half a bucket of warm water, mix well and soak your feet in it for like 20 minutes then scrub your feet gently to remove dry skin. Do this once or twice a week.
  • Honey cream; heat a cup of honey slightly and add 2 tablespoons of liquid milk. To this mixture, add freshly squeezed juice from an orange to it, mix thoroughly and store in a jar with a close fitting lid. Before applying this mixture, wash your leg with warm water then use a pumice stone to remove dry and dead skin from the cracked feet. Leave the mixture for about 40-45 minutes and wash off. I dealt with Cracked Feet for a long time until less than a year ago when I found out reading some article on the internet that Jojoba oil is very good for dry and cracked feet, the article stated that this oil is almost identical to the oil our bodies produce, so I decided to give it a try and I ordered some from swansonvitamins.com and I started using it daily by rubbing it on my feet morning and night. Within a couple of days I began to see some improvement and to my surprise in a less than, I would say, two months my feet were hydrated and soft again with no signs of cracks or dryness, so I’m very happy with the results and I will continue using this oil which to my knowledge it’s been a miracle on that aspect. Now I even use it on my face, my arms and my back for dryness and I feel that it restores the moisture almost immediately, so I hope other people take advantage of this miracle oil for dry skin.
