Breakfast Smoothie Recipe Day #4: Spinach (or Waterleaf) + Grapes

Today’s recipe is the spinach and grape smoothie. This the 4th of the 5-day series, and in case you missed them, here are the recipes for Day # 1 and Day #2 and Day #3.

We can’t get of the spinach vegetable. Spinach is a super food loaded with tons of nutrients in a low calorie package. Dark leafy greens like spinach are important for skin and hair, bone health, and provide protein, iron, vitamins and minerals.

Green grapes have the ability  to treat constipation, indigestion, fatigue, kidney disorders, muscular degeneration and cataract. 

What you’ll need

– Spinach or Waterleaf

– Grapes (preferably green grapes) 

– Lemon juice

-Ice cubes

– Coconut water

– Black pepper (optional)

How To Make the Spinach (or Waterleaf) + Grapes

1. Properly wash and chop the spinach or waterleaf.

2. Churn the veggie and grapes in a blender using coconut water.

3. Add ice cubes. And some lemon juice too and churn again.

4. Transfer the smoothie to a glass and enjoy. 

-Season it up with black pepper (optional).
