Starting with today been day #1, we will be teaching on how to make the Spinach + Pineapple smoothie. With this recipe, your breakfast for tomorrow should be covered.
What you’ll need
-Spinach (substitute spinach for waterleaf)
-Lemon
-Pineapple (cut into medium slices or squares)
-Salt
-Black pepper(optional)
-Ice cubes
-Water.
How to make this breakfast smoothie
1. Grind spinach(or waterleaf) using a little water in a blender.
2. Add lemon juice and ice cubes to the blender and shake them.
3. Add pineapple slices to the blender and rotate it once again.
4. Transfer the liquid to a glass.
5. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper (both are optional) and stir well.
