Nairobi born fashion blogger and health & fitness enthusiast Anita Gaitho of Style Sketches introduced the recipe for the healthy delicious and no sugar rainbow smoothies. She advice that these green smoothies be taken at least once a day. “They’re perfect as a snack in-between meals, post-workout fuel and even as a side to your breakfast” she says.
Fruits You will need:
” I always use a cup of diced mango or pineapple as the base to add to the sweetness. If not sweet enough, I throw in a banana.”

Mix 1. Spinach+Pineapple+Apple+Cucumber+Ginger
Mix 2. Mango+Carrot, Beetroot
Mix 3. Just Mangoes
Mix 4. Carrot+Cucumber+Pineapple
Mix 5. Cucumber+Pineapple+Ginger+Apple
